As a medical professional working in the healthcare field as CNA, direct support professional there are different set of rules, policies, and compliance with establishing between patients and your employees. Rules in the healthcare is important because it sets a general plan of action used to guide desired outcomes which help everyone to make the proper decisions (Policymedical). Following these set of rules such as code of conduct, being professional, respectful, and setting an example for any new employees that are coming into the field. Resource allocation is the distribution of resources that deals with financial and among competing groups of people or programs. They are coming together of funds for healthcare. Resource allocation is needed because of the increase in the healthcare services and the rising costs to provide those services to patients. There are three differentreasons for allocating resources based on a healthcare organization.Resource allocation It may be defined as a process or strategy that requires a company to decide the areas where its scarce resources would be used for producing goods and services.Resource could be considered as any factor of production used for producing goods and services such as real estate, machinery, labor, tools and tackles, equipment including technology, natural resources and financial resources like money.One reason is Rising cost of healthcare, which resources spend a lot on healthcare, and they have increased over the last century. Some Americans are spending a lot of resources on healthcare.
