    Resource 1: University of Exeter – IEEE Engineering Management Review Journal (2020)
    Our first source is from the University of Exeter; the article was published in the IEEE
    Engineering Management Review Journal in 2020. The research is based on an in-depth
    literature review highlighting some key supply chain challenges identified during the pandemic,
    especially within the manufacturing industry. Some of the major issues of concern include
    demand uncertainty, which encompasses fluctuations and inconsistencies in customer orders
    based on unpredictable purchasing behaviors. Factors responsible for this include low intake of
    high-value products, low knowledge regarding COVID-19, and lower demand for individual food
    items, affecting supply chains. This article is very insightful because the research brings data
    from studies to evaluate the effects on manufacturing and provides six main findings with
    recommendations for both immediate challenges and future issues (Okorie et al., 2020). This

    Resource 2: Logistics and Transportation Review (2021)
    The second resource, featured in the Logistics and Transportation Review, is based on a
    systematic literature review conducted in April 2021. Here, the literature under the systematic

    and its consequential effect on different kinds of supply chains across the globe. These studies

    The fourth resource is an article from the Harvard Business Review website. Web-based articles

    pandemic. During the recovery period, the pandemic has revealed weaknesses and concerns
    regarding globalization. The financial shocks of the crisis have exposed weaknesses in the supply
    networks, and companies have begun reassessing and building stronger supply chain strategies.
    This article opens possibilities among students and professionals to take on different reviews of
    vulnerabilities, ascertain proactive strategies, and build resilience in business and personal
    capacities. Insights may help companies improve their competitiveness and long-term
    sustainability (Shih, 2020). This resource aligns with key concepts 1, 2, and 4 (Capella University,

    Resource 5: Supply Chain Management Best Practices Textbook (2021)
    The third one is a book on best practices in supply chain management, 2021 edition. It is a
    full-fledged resource covering basic concepts about supply chains, processes, and new
    technologies. In sticking to traditional industry principles, it also keeps pace with the field's
    latest developments, thus giving more of a wholesome view of the subject. In its third edition, it
    will certainly present a clear framework for the students to build foundational concepts. Unlike
    individual journal articles focusing on particular aspects, this book covers all the fundamental
    course concepts and provides real strategies from pioneering companies. In addition, it presents
    solutions and emergent technologies used in global business organizations to facilitate
    efficiency in the supply chain. Using this resource, students learn information to explain industry

    chains morph.
